A second man is now arrested in connection with a 2018 Tulsa murder case. Tulsa Police arrested Blevin Williams on Thursday.
Officers say 21-year-old Trey Seymour was shot at a hotel near 71st and Mingo in November 2018. They found him sitting in a car with a bullet hole that had gone through the windshield.
Officers arrested Kristopher Thompson in June of 2025 in connection with the case, and have now also arrested Williams for felony murder.

Police say Thompson told officers they met Seymour to steal marijuana from him when they got in a fight, and Williams shot Seymour.
